Phillip J. Grosser, 22, of Derry, NH died Sunday
May 27, 2007 in Colorado Springs, CO from injuries
sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was presently in
Colorado working with Engineering Ministries
International. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January
30, 1985, a son of John and Libby Grosser. He was a
resident of Derry since 1991, formerly living in
Pittsburgh, PA. He was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy,
Derry, Class of 2003. While at Pinkerton he was very
active in the band, playing clarinet, saxophone and the
bells. He was currently enrolled at George Washington
University in Washington, D.C. where he was finishing a
degree in civil engineering. An active member of the
Londonderry Presbyterian Church, he served there as a
summer Youth Ministry Intern. He enjoyed making
chainmail jewelry.
In addition to his parents of Derry, he is survived by his brother, Paul Grosser, his sister, Linda Grosser both of Derry, his paternal grandmother, Martha Grosser of Cromwell, CT., four aunts, two uncles, several cousins and many friends. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4 to 8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A Service of Witness to the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, June 2nd at 1:00pm at the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, corner of Mammoth Rd. and Pillsbury Rd., Londonderry. A reception will follow at the church.
